INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

We advise taking a small amount of 0.3 grams of Vitadote® Shilajit resin three times daily. Dissolve it directly under the tongue or in a glass of non-chlorinated water for optimal absorption.

It contains a unique composition of naturally occurring minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium, and manganese, as well as organic compounds like fulvic acid and humic acid. Shilajit has been used for centuries in traditional practices across various cultures.

A healthy daily routine consists of balanced nutrition and regular exercise. Vitadote® Shilajit Resin can supplement this. If you choose to use Shilajit, we recommend taking a portion of 0.3 grams (about the size of a grain of rice to a pea) three times daily. You can dissolve Vitadote® Shilajit Resin under your tongue or mix it in a glass of non-chlorinated water or another beverage of choice (up to 39°C).
