At Vitadote.com, we ship our high-quality products from the Netherlands using secure shipping methods with tracking. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery times, and related information.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders of €49.90 or more. For orders under €49.90, shipping costs are €5.00 for the Netherlands and €9.00 for other European countries. Please note that shipping does not include any potential customs fees.
3. Shipping Address
Important: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they are shipped. The delivery times stated below are estimates from the shipping date.
5. Delivery Times
- Netherlands and Belgium: For orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM, your Vitadote product will be delivered the next business day.
- Germany: For orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM, delivery usually occurs the next business day. In some regions, it may take 1-2 days longer due to logistical circumstances.
- Other EU countries: For orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM, delivery occurs within 2-4 business days.
Please note: We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your Vitadote package arrives damaged, please inform us immediately via email at info@vitadote.com.
